The services of a Family Nurse Practitioner and clinic Medical Assistant are available at the NOBTS Clinic, for faculty, staff, students, spouses and their children.
Available services include:
immunizations
physical exams
lab tests, screening & monitoring
minor surgery
treatment of common chronic conditions
off-site referrals
diagnosis & management of common episodic problems
prescription refills.
*The Nurse Practitioner and medical assistant are not on call during off-duty hours, and the clinic does not offer emergency services.
Hours, Cost, and Location
The clinic is located on the first floor of the Hardin Student Center between the Housing office and the Campus Police office. Hours of operation vary and are posted at the Clinic. Appointments should be scheduled by calling 504-816-8596. Treatment costs are reasonable, and the clinic does not bill insurance.
