  • NGA classes meet on the second floor at Cross Pointe Church. 
  • Computers, printers, and a copy machine are available for student use at the NGA Hub office. Copying and printing fees are $.10 per page.
  • Registrar’s Resources: link contains graduation applications, drop/add and withdrawal forms and other Registrar’s Office forms.

NGA ENGLISH PROGRAMS

Graduate classes at the North Georgia Hub meet on Mondays as well as Tuesday nights for semester-long courses. Hybrids courses meet on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays four times during the semester. Graduate students may earn a Master of Divinity, Master of Divinity with a specialization in Christian Education, Master of Arts in Christian Education, or Master of Arts in Worship Ministries. 

Leavell College classes meet on Mondays throughout the day and evening for semester-long courses. Hybrid courses meet on Thursdays or Fridays four times during the semester. Students in Leavell College may obtain an Associate in Christian Ministry degree or work toward a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry degree.

Top Seven Reasons to Study at an NOBTS Extension Center



  • Master of Divinity (MDiv) - the standard Master of Divinity is an 84-hour graduate degree designed to equip Christians with a wide variety of ministerial callings. A three-year cycle of graduate courses is offered at the Marietta campus.

                At the NGA Center students may pursue an MDiv with a specialization in - 

    • Master of Divinity with specialization in Biblical Language
    • Master of Divinity with specialization in Biblical Studies
    • Master of Divinity with specialization in Christian Education
    • Master of Divinity with specialization in Worship Studies 
  • Master of Arts in Christian Education (MACE) - the MACE is a 60-hour graduate degree designed to equip Christians called to serve in educational ministries of local churches, missions, and denominational agencies or other related ministries
  • Master of Arts in Worship Studies (MAWM) - the MAWM is a 42-hour graduate degree designed to prepare leaders to serve the local church in the area of worship leadership. 

Leavell College (Undergraduate Degrees)

  • Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry (BACM) - the BACM is a 121-hour undergraduate degree providing a broad foundation for ministry which will also prepare students to pursue further training at the graduate level. 
  • Associate in Christian Ministry (ACM) - the ACM is a 70-hour undergraduate degree designed to equip church leaders for ministry and also constitutes over half of the requirements for the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry degree.

The New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Undergraduate Certificate Program was founded to respond to the needs of churches by preparing believers to serve more effectively in their church and their community. Certificate programs are accredited, available, affordable, and accessible. Click HERE for more information.  

NOBTS is offering a fully accredited Biblical Teaching Certificate Program. This program is available to all persons regardless of educational background. The purpose of this program is to provide supplemental training for ministers and local church leaders in biblical interpretation and instruction. Up to 12-18 hours can be applied toward an Associate or Bachelor's degree program.
