Welcome to the Louisiana/Mississippi Extension Centers! The extension center sites in Louisiana and Mississippi are connected to the main campus in New Orleans and overseen by Dr. Jody Dean the Associate Regional Dean for Louisiana and Mississippi Extension Centers.

In addition, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary is currently offering undergraduate education at the state prisons for MS and LA in Parchman, MS, Angola, LA, and at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women in St. Gabrielse, LA.
Caskey Center Scholarship
Louisiana and Mississippi students who pastor or serve on staff in a small church setting are eligible for the Caskey Center scholarship. These scholarships are awarded annually for up to $6,000 for tuition and fees. For more information, see the Caskey Center website at www.nobts.edu/caskeycenter.

NOBTS is not eligible to receive any federal funding such as Pell grants, but if you are a Louisiana student who is eligible for TOPS funding, NOBTS can accept money from TOPS. If you are eligible for TOPS funding, please contact the seminary's financial aid office at financialaid@nobts.edu or 504-282-4455 ext. 3348 for more information.
